Refund Policy

At Total Body Herbs, we strive to provide the highest quality products with you in mind. Due to the consumable and perishable nature of these products, they cannot be returned once the order has been placed. Additionally, orders cannot be canceled because our team begins to package them immediately.

Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we do consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis if the product is found to be damaged upon receipt. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer an exchange.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for a case-by-case exchange, the following criteria must be met:

  • The product is damaged upon receipt.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The product must be unused.

All returned items will be inspected to confirm they meet these criteria. If the product does not meet the listed conditions, we reserve the right to deny the exchange. Please note that perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.

Proof of Purchase and Images

To process your exchange, we require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number. Additionally, we will request images of the product to verify the damage. Without this proof and the requested images, we cannot proceed with the exchange.

Exchange Product Type

Products approved for exchange will be exchanged for the exact same product type.
